General Betting Rules

Castle of Happiness is powered by Kambi. All wagers are settled in accordance with the Kambi Sportsbook General Betting Rules.

Live Betting & Odds Changes

Important: Before sending in your live bet, write "Live?" in your Discord channel and await a message back from an admin to ensure that we are available to accept it.

When placing a live bet, you may cancel it at any time before it is accepted by us. Once accepted, the bet is final and stands as is.

Odds fluctuate rapidly during live games. If a game event causes the odds to increase or decrease while your bet is pending, it is your responsibility to cancel the bet if you no longer want the odds you originally submitted.

Outcome Corrections & Adjustments

While we strive for perfect accuracy through a combination of automated extraction and manual administrative review, errors can occasionally occur. Castle of Happiness reserves the right to retroactively correct and update the final outcome of any settled bet for up to 30 days following its completion, should it be determined that the initial settlement or manual review was incorrect.

Odds Adjustment Policy

To ensure we provide the fastest possible service and maintain access to the best market rates, Castle of Happiness rounds all odds down to the nearest 0.05 increment. This prevents delays caused by minor, real-time market fluctuations.

Example: Odds of 2.57 will be processed as 2.55.

Free Bet Policy

Free Bets are awarded as "Net Free Bets". This means that when a wager is placed using a Free Bet, only the net winnings (total return minus the original Free Bet stake) will be credited to your account balance if the bet wins. The original Free Bet stake is not returned.

Example: A 500kr Free Bet placed at odds of 3.00 would return 1000kr in net winnings (1500kr total return - 500kr stake).

Referral Program Rules

We reward players who bring active, genuine friends to our platform. To protect against bonus abuse, Free Bets (FB) earned through referrals are subject to the following validation conditions before they can be fully credited or cashed out:

Turnover Requirements (Tiered Payout): The Free Bet reward is released in stages based on the referred user's total betting turnover:
- 20% of the Free Bet is paid out when the new user reaches 5,000 kr in turnover.
- An additional 30% is paid out when the new user reaches 15,000 kr in total turnover.
- The final 50% is paid out when the new user reaches 30,000 kr in total turnover.
Minimum Odds: Only settled bets placed with odds of 1.50 or higher count towards this turnover.

Welcome Bonus for Referred Users

New users who join through a referral link are eligible for a welcome bonus in the form of a Net Free Bet. To unlock this welcome bonus, the new user must first place settled bets totaling the welcome bonus amount on markets with minimum odds of 1.50.

Castle of Happiness reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses or cancel pending Free Bets if we detect coordinated betting, matched betting, or fake accounts designed solely to exploit the referral program.

Settlement Days

On settlement days, you must settle your account based on your current Balance, even if you have unsettled bets. We run our settlement process just after 23:59 on Sunday evenings. Whatever your Balance is at that time determines what you owe. Even if you have a bet that settles on Monday, you must pay your full negative Balance as it stood on Sunday at 23:59.

Withdrawal Policy

To receive your payout on Monday, your withdrawal request must be submitted before kl. 23:59 on Sunday. Any requests placed after 23:59 on Sunday will not be paid out on Monday, and you will have to wait until the settlement on the following Monday.

Free Bet Turnover Requirement:
New customers who receive a Free Bet must meet a turnover requirement before any funds can be withdrawn. The required turnover is 3x the Free Bet amount, and only settled bets with odds of 1.50 or higher count towards this requirement.
(Example: If you receive a 2,500 kr Free Bet, you must place eligible bets totaling 7,500 kr before initiating a withdrawal.)

Important: Early withdrawals or withdrawals requested outside of the standard payment day are subject to a 25% fee.
